Any physical plant you use in the manufacture, packaging, labelling, or holding of dietary supplements must be suitable in size, construction, design, and space to facilitate maintenance, cleaning, and sanitizing operations, with clearly defined areas to prevent mix-ups or contamination with microorganisms, chemicals, filth, or other extraneous material.
